Individuals aged 16-24 with a business idea who live or work in Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas.

Thank you for taking the first step towards applying for the 5-9 Club! 🌜✨

The 5-9 Club

The 5-9 Club is an 8-week after-hours business course that takes you through the fundamental things you need to know about to make your business idea a success. You’ll be taught by industry experts alongside like-minded people in a supportive and fun environment.

This 8-week course will run one evening a week from 5pm till 9pm, and will teach you about:

  • Idea Generation
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Branding
  • Putting your Business Online
  • Business Planning
  • Pitching your idea

We’ll also provide you with essential funding and legal advice.

In the final week, all participants will be invited to share their idea with experts to gain industry insight, professional contacts,  positive feedback and guidance to leave the course with.

Below you’ll find two application forms, one is for completely new businesses who have yet to raise their first invoice (New Business) and those who have started trading (Existing Business). Both are pretty simple and should only take you 10-20 minutes.
